Good Beer in Support of Good Works
The Great American Beer Festival has called the Colorado Front Range home for 34 years, and over time, we’ve gotten to know our neighbors. More than that, we like to chip in and help them out when the opportunity arises. That’s why, for many years, the GABF has donated tickets to nonprofit organizations which then use them in silent auctions, charity golf tournaments, 5K races and other activities to raise money for their important programs.
Last year, the festival donated tickets to more than 70 charities, with the total value exceeding $10,000. Best of all, these organizations have been able to leverage the tickets to raise even more money than that, thanks to generous attendees at their events. Nonprofits ranging from The Children’s Diabetes Foundation to Habitat for Humanity to Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue have supported their work with a little help from the GABF.
This year, we’re on track to donate another $10,000+ worth of tickets to charities in Colorado and beyond. If you’re one of our Denver-area neighbors and still need tickets to the festival, keep an eye out at the next charity event you attend—you never know what might be up for auction!
